Juno walking this morning with fine company and weather.

Cycled to work.

Work was an excitement of emails.

Out to lunch with some hot lads from the internet.

The usual high standard of chat and discussion.

Must communicate more with these lads.

Cycled to coaching.

I took the u13s tonight then over to the u15s.

A lovely night with well focused girls.

Eco daughter heads on a school trip to China, she is restless and worrying.
