Parkrun day

Ooh, a chilly one today. The various parkruns in Edinburgh were cancelled as it was to icy this morning.
But, lucky for me, my local run at Vogrie was still on. It was slippy in places but also very muddy elsewhere. It was good to be out - not a fast one, my aim at the moment is to just run the 5k without submitting to a walk!
