Notes: Woke early and could hear the rain coming down and wind whipping up - was relieved I could omit the bike this week. Had trouble deciding then between a jog and a swim and swim finally won out so headed over, steam was rising off the pool, gray skies and dripping trees tho rain had mostly stopped. Was chilly but water warm (always easier to get in this way) and did 50 lengths - felt good. Hot shower and into sweats. CBS Sun morning show wasn't very good (again). Later, made spinach, feta, sun-dried tom omelet (tho removed most of the sun-dried tomatoes as I didn't like them in there), with turkey bacon and then had a big piece of sourdough w/ butter and homemade jam. Football was mostly boring (as I don't care about most of the teams) and switched over to Netflix mid to late afternoon. Day slid by quickly, without much fanfare and unfortunately w/o a lot of enjoyment ... kind of blah I guess.
