Notes: Chilly morning, didn't get up until just before 8a. Had coffee, talked to Nancy for awhile then finally dove back into artist product images for 3 hrs. Hot shower (chilly!) and warmed up quinoa w/ chicken and carrots and added sprouts, microgreens, avocado and tomato w/ coconut aminos & pumpkin seeds. Also had the rest of the roasted cauliflower - all quite good. Texted back and forth w/ Jana quite a bit thru the afternoon, she's in the mess of Kathy and Ellen and I guess that got ugly. And then she stopped by Ellen's who's having a really rough go and processing lots of emotion and her dad is sick. Watched some mindless tv and got the mail, then worked more until 545p. Quiet night watching some shows.
