A planted chair
To the pool this morning, in lieu of Friday. Noticed this masterpiece of succulent cultivation on Henderson Row. Artist Pauline Farrar.
In the New Town the cars had condensation; in Stockbridge there was a frost pocket, with ice on windscreens and on the pavements. Random strangers warning each other about slippy streets.
By the time we went out again in the afternoon to Inverleith the temperature had risen to 3C. Clear, a little sunshine.
