Chomping at the Bit
Finally back to my weekly routine.
Got quite giddy last night when l went to bed knowing l’m back to exercise today.
Not all of my six classes are back until next week but l intend to do four or five this week.
Also back to more sensible eating: cooking from scratch as much as possible, no added sugar or flour and mindful of drinking more water.
Still eat and drink anything outside my house so get plenty of treats in social settings.
Not scientific but it suits me.
Sorry not on the theme for MM this week.
