Cold Starting

This is the beginning of the weekend your Gal didn't know she needed...a trip up to Edinburgh to see bestie Ms.Arell :-)

To say I unwound may be an understatement as I dozed off involuntarily on her settee several times and had deep deep sleep. For this I apologised for being an unexciting guest on this occasion but we got to hang out, cement some future plans and living over 200 miles away from one another that was awesome at least.

Main blip is the industrial backdrop to Warrington Bank Quay station. Stark you might say, but I think such things look their best (all in the eye of the beholder!) on freezing cold mornings.

Extra 1 is the 'Biker Babes' train of choice, the Pendolino that leans into high speed corners and makes my Brain want to stick a knee out ;-D

Extra 2 is Lowgill Viaduct that we visited in October as Biscuit & I rode part way home with Fidra & Ms.Arell after their visit to ours.

Extra 3 is some Strange Fog* snaking it's way alongside somewhere between Lockerbie & Abington I think.
