Breakfast with my friend Lyn at a garden centre as a slightly late birthday catch up.


Then cake and coffee with my friend Elizabeth who is housebound.  The two being linked because Elizabeth loves the fresh baked lemon drizzle cake sold in the shop attached to the garden centre.

Then I realised I hadn’t taken a photograph all day – so here are the three plants I bought.

Two of these may be half price fakes – the other is to plug a gap in my front garden hedge.
