Uploaded in the spirit of hipster Leith

It's a hipster product - a 'raw' apple cider vinegar with honey which claimed probiotic benefits - in Leith albeit not purchased in Leith (but rather at Black Isle Berries on Saturday), in front of two hipster gins (the craft Achroos gin produced in Leith).

Let it not be said that, on the first day back in the office when it was mainly grey, cold and wet (although latterly not quite as wet as it was in the morning), I was in search of an emergency blip. I did stop on the way down Leith Walk and photograph a Leith Walk shop, but I can come back to that later.

Instead, I got into a conversation with Mr A about the alleged benefits of this cider vinegar which was, to be fair, the basis for an excellent dressing on a warm salad that was the basis of our supper this evening (with griddled loch trout). Apparently, you can serve the vinegar as a sort of hot toddy (whisky optional?), with lemon and hot water. Sounds interesting. Hence my blip at the dinner table.

Anyway, I'm back in the office, although the office, and the city, was quiet. That won't last long.
