Doing what we can to encourage Arnie to have a bit of an appetite. Picking seems to be the way to go, today anyway.

Otherwise it’s been a quiet day finished with a great catch up with the Wilmington crew. Strange how part of the conversation seems to veer towards medical issues. A sign we are all becoming old f@rts perhaps?
