Icy Morning and back to "outside" work

Net walking with a new visitor - a PT from Perth.
It was cold and icy - today I could hardly imagine that I was actually dipping into Loch Lomond yesterday at similar temperatures .......
we had a great chat and I was back home in time for my planning session with Lou.
Then I tackled my todos and I am still not done ... it is 6:30 pm mow ....
I did have another call with Shari too - maybe to much tasks for too little time .....
