Helen

It is Helen’s last day here in cornwall so we went out to the Copley Arms to have lunch and then down to Seaton beach for a walk but the tide was in so we walked along the the promenade! It was very fresh and bracing and the waves were large and noisy as they crashed into the shingles! We went for a cup of coffee to warm up and then home for a game of scrabble and a simple meal of soup made with the chicken stock and fresh veg and cheese on the side. After dinner we WhatsApp called Liz and chatted for an hour making plans in the air to buy land and each have a cabin on it and spend out retirement in simplicity! It made us laugh uproariously!
