Tuesday: Breadfruit

Lee, the gardener, brought us this breadfruit today as it’s nice and ripe. Unfortunately we can’t have it as we’re currently sworn off carbs and this is basically a bucketful of carbs in fruit form.  We’ll offer it round and see who wants it.

In case you’re curious about the size, it’s basically similar to a large cantaloupe.  

We have a gecko living in the air conditioning unit that we can’t seem to get out. We wouldn’t mind if it didn’t keep dropping little poo pellets on the bookshelf.
