Amaryllis La Paz

An emergency blip of my new amaryllis, which has very different flowers to a standard amaryllis.  I went to Utrecht for a conference in November and came back with this from the Tulip Museum in Amsterdam.  It was packed in a nice brown paper bag and I found it still in the bag a month later. Oops! It was trying to grow, but the stalk was concertinaed in the bag.  The extra was taken a couple of days after the rescue, with the stalk beginning to straighten out.
