600km and 2000 sheep

It’s been a big day!

Went to Dunedin and back- 600km - stopping for a walk at Karitane on the way. After the appointment which took a couple of hours, we returned home again.

We travelled both ways via the Maniototo Plain- a wonderful route with amazing clouds, skies and light. (extra). The clouds really hugged the hills.

On the way home we had to wait for 2000 sheep and lambs (the farmer said between 2000 and 2500) to come down the road we were on - the sheep dogs are amazing guiding them.

Frida was so good on her long day out…..Billy probably didn’t even miss us as he slept all day!
Oh to be a cat…..
