This is Willow our trusted Black Lab bitch!

After Jamie had cut the grass, we had a bit of a throw about with her. She loves playing ball but still doesn't quite understand that she has to let go of it before you can throw it again!!

On a completely different note... I joined the gym today!! It is fantastic with everything, as well as a creche for Archie to play in whilst I'm trying to get my body into some kind of toned goddess shape! I'm finding it so difficult to shed the excess weight after being pregnant this time round... lets hope I've found the solution!!
