On Nodding Terms

These two sunflowers are the remnants of the ones I planted in our garden last year (and which took ages to get around to flowering).  It has been dull, dull, dull all day.  I had hoped to take a picture of some of the little birds hopping around the bird feeders in the garden but they always spot me first.  I’m feeling much better today but after yesterday’s false start I am taking it easy for now
