Mysterious Kale

I always thought of cavolo nero as being an Italian plant but it turns out it grows really well in Scotland.  For some reason Mark has planted this one in the greenhouse but we have loads of it growing in the garden where it survives the frost, snow, wind and everything else the weather throws at it.
