Chilly and bright
Walked up from my Covent Garden hub to a relatively early meeting in the office with our distribution wing who are making impossible demands of the post production. But we need to sell the show internationally to claw back cost so have to keep talking.
Wandered over to the post house, it was cold and bright and looking down this side street my eye was caught by the bright green cranes that I think were lining up to take down Carnaby St’s always spectacular Christmas decorations.
Caught the usual train home to be met by V in my Dad’s old Peugeot as the mini hasn’t recovered from its drenching and there’s no room at the garage for a week as they are treating every other car that got soaked.
Watched the penultimate episode of The Tourist which went a bit off the rails …as Hugo Rifkind says, ‘like Fargo but drunk’.
