A long old day

Today, Friday, we caught a coach west and did a tour up the great ocean road.  This highway was a massive building project to employ men when they returned home from the first world war.  Its a beautiful road that mostly hugs the coast but does go inland through tropical rain forests before bursting out on the coast again at a geological wonder known as the 12 apostles.  The apostles are now only 8, they are rock stacks that have been eroded over millions of years by the constant pounding of the southern seas.  They really are a sight  to behold.
