Notes: Awake ~215a for over 3 hrs, ended up getting up and jumping online - talked to Jo in AUS a bit and watched an Amanda Lorence video. Crawled back in bed 505a and slept till after 8a. Headed out right away to fill car w/ gas, couple things from Walmart and Aldi, talked to Nancy about the trip to the Keys (tho not wanting to go). Late coffee and online, cleaned up the place a bit for haircut. Prepped 1/4 cabbage, carrot, celery and garlic (most needed using up) and sauteed and then added ground beef w/ coconut aminos - came out really good taste and have 2 more meals for leftovers! Jean (Ellen's friend that I met both on the beach for the sunset meetup) arrived just before 4p to cut my hair and finished around 530p - seems great! Quick shower and settled in for the quiet evening. Warm sticky yucky-feeling day. Did a bit of inner child connecting in the evening as I was talking to Jo about the possible Key West trip (and not feeling it at all) - instant strong sadness and emotion came rushing thru and last a good 40 min or so. Just sat in the darkness then for awhile before going to bed.
