Light from the bridge

Slightly warmer dog walk this morning.  

After breakfast prepared hound's and Mr's lunch as I'm going out to lunch.

Got some market shopping done before meeting Anna for lunch.  Had a delicious savoury mushroom, spinach and cheese crepe at Café au Chocolat and their delicious Madagascan hot chocolate.  Had a great catch-up.  

One of the topics that arose was the 'Baby on Board' yellow stickers on cars when no baby was in board.  Back home I googled it.  While many drivers sport the sticker as pride of their little darlings there is a more useful, vital purpose for the sticker.   It's meant to alert the emergency services in the event of an accident that a baby was a passenger.  The sticker is only meant to be put up when a baby IS a passenger and removed when a baby isn't so that time isn't wasted by the emergency services seeking a non-existent baby.  So many times I've seen the sticker present and a baby absent.

Back home the hound greeted me.  Took him for his second walk.  Mr later told me the hound was not happy that I'd gone out.  Needs must sometimes.  He's been a bit clingy but he'll have to get used to little changes.
