Rabbie Burns with a cone on his heid!

Busy day today with lots of pacing. 

Spotted this today at Burns Statue in Dumfries - someone has crowned Rabbie Burns with a traffic cone! A more exciting Blip snap than I usually manage haha.

It raised a smile on a chilly, rather bleak January morning.
