Microgreens

Normally we grow microgreens from seed all year round on our windowsills at home, but I couldn't resist the colours and the textures of these nicely presented microgreens in a local supermarket the other day.

The species included are (from left to right) Red Mustard, Garlic Chives and Purple Radish.
