Watches Set!

A modern phenomenon, when you start your run you set your watch!  We had nearly 150 participants at Myrtle this morning, boosted by a large contingent from Skipton AC, a friendly, helpful group of runners.

I walked down with Bev to set up Parkrun and then I was tailwalker as friend Christine was walking her first Parkrun and we went round the course together.  It was a lovely morning weather-wise and as good natured as always.

Back home I did some time washing down the upstairs loo walls but you can only do so much of that, so the remainder of the afternoon has been spent on my 2023 Blipbook.  

We are now watching Gladiators which is just as corny as it was way back when!
