Rye

Spent the morning in a kitchen place looking at doors and worktops and then a flooring shop. Then we went to Rye to meet B&C. Have not seen them for about 4 years so it was good to catch up. C and I decided to revive our plans to walk Offa’s Dyke. He said he had a couple of other friends who might be interested in coming with us.
R and I watched 2 episodes of the Beckham documentary in the evening. I hadn’t remembered how vitriolic the reaction to his World cup sending off had been. Truly horrible and unnecessary over reaction to a young person’s small mistake.
