Too cold

After a run of nearly 4 miles which felt ok, I worked for the morning, then tidied the house. We had R’s cousin and his wife coming for lunch. A was also here. They were late as they encountered road diversions on the way and don’t have a sat nav or smartphone. Lunch was good and went on all afternoon. We had planned to go for a walk but the cold defeated us. Teddy seems to feel it even more so we made him a bed by the stove.
