Tartan !

I had a morning of Tartan!
I have been meaning to visit the Tartan exhibition at V&A Dundee since it opened about 9 months ago! this is last weekend
An early train to Dundee, it was bitterly cold start! And low haar!
Really enjoyed the exhibition, wonderful exhibits, a wonderful story of Tartan through the ages and how much love there is around the world for tartan
These are golf shoes from Japan !
Vivienne Westwood and Alexander MacQueen couture on display too,
After a coffee in the cafe in V &A I walked up Riverside to a restaurant to meet a cousin, it was bitterly cold !( noted previously!)
Lovely views across the river, part of the Walk is named after William Topaz MacGonagle, his poem about the Tay Bridge disaster is etched in the paving stones
A good catch up with cousin then train home
Oh Traitors! Wow what an episode …..till next Wednesday! :)
