Brrrrrilliant
I met Laura at Cowbury at 9am. I’d scraped the ice off the car and driven there with the heated seats on as it was frrrreeeezing this morning. The fallen trees had all been moved from last week so it was easier going up the pathway. Two women had just got out as we arrived at the water, they said it was 5° and it certainly felt it….brrrr. It always hurts my upper arms but once I’m numb I’m alright. We swam half way across and then back again and it was enough…ten minutes maximum. It was glorious.
Now I’m taking my car for some new tyres. I don’t want to get caught in any snow next week with no grip. It’s probably going to cost a fortune ….eeek!
