The moat

This morning I had a tickly cough so tested for Covid and I'm positive.  I've done well to avoid it so far!  I feel fine but it's a nuisance as this week I had four panto practices and a Burns Night gig as well as a talk that I wanted to go to.

  I hope that I didn't spread it too far last night.  At least I sit at the end of the band and was on the stage away from the dancers.

It was sunny in the middle of the day so I went for a walk around the village. This is the moat around the back of the castle in the Castle Field.  usually it's a dry ditch but still contains water from the flooding.  It really shows what the moat would have looked like.
