I'm strong to the finish 'cos I eats me spinach...

Some of you of a cretain age will recognise this from the Popeye song!  I had some spinach in the fridge that I wanted to use up so I added some frozen to it and there was enough to make soup.  I love it's bright green colour.

F is getting worse so he phoned the surgery who got him an appointment this afternoon.  I picked him up and dropped him at the surgery which was luckily at the same time as my check up at the dentist, the same part of town too. 

When I picked him up he'd got more antibiotics and steroids so fingers crossed that they will make him feel better.  I took him home and stayed for a while.  When I got to my home it was almost dark and I had no blip. Soup it is which I'd left to cool down before putting it in the freezer..
