Waxwing

These lovely birds have been in the area for two or three weeks and this is the first time i have seen them. 
This morning Moreen reminded me that they had been seen in the village again so i went down and as i drove past they all over the small trees. By the time I parked the car and went back they were in the top of a large tree, they  did come back but just for a short time and not on the tree. Still I did get a few pictures.
I stopped for around an hour but the didn't come back.
Went for a walk into the village before lunch and and another short walk this afternoon.
We did see a bit of sun today but mostly cloudy and cold
