Mixed messages

We had a lovely evening with A&M last night - conversation was wide ranging as usual. 

This morning we walked through the grounds of the Atholl Palace before heading into town to get the papers. 

There was some confusion as to whether our road was closed to traffic or not - apparently the top half was. However these signs didn't help. 

The rest of the day has been spent quietly on "hobbies". I did some more work on my miniature house, wrote a couple of pieces for an ancestry challenge I have set myself this year and, yes, you've guessed did some more Gaelic study (although perhaps this has moved on from being a hobby :-) ). Anyhow it has been a lovely, restful day.
