Restorative
Fitbit suggested that I had "really pushed it yesterday" and that I could "keep pushing for fitness" or "stop now to support recovery". I choice the later and decided to a restorative yin yoga practice. I really enjoyed it (and it reinforced my intention to to do a weekly yin session) but it certainly used a lot of props !
After lunch I headed over to my u3a bookgroup. We had been reading Music in the Dark by Sally Magnusson which provoked a mixed response. I wasn't overwhelmed by it and preferred her first novel (The Sealwoman's Gift)/ However it sparked a good and wideranging discussion.
My Placenames of Scotland evening class restarts tonight and once that it finishes I am looking forward to watching BBC ALBA - An t-Eilean/The Island.
