Poor Elliot

No.2 messaged me early from the vets where they had taken H’s cat Elliot.  They took him last night (£175.00) but were told there was nothing wrong.  However after miaowing in pain all night they took him again to be told he had a blocked bladder and needed to be kept in for a couple of days (£1500).  Not sure last nights £175 will be refunded?!?!  Hopefully he will pull through.

My day started with a walk then pottering for a bit then meeting No.2 and H for lunch.  I persuaded No,1 to come with us but she didn’t eat much and was quite subdued.  JC went back to bucks this morning for birthday meal with his family but No,1 didn’t want to go preferring the quiet and calm of home.
