Friends who have been living in Gibralter for the last four years returned to the UK last September. However they have returned to Spain twice and today J sent me this picture of the view from the balcony. Meanwhile in the UK it didn’t stop raining all day! Maybe a good plan for next January - three weeks in the sun?

OH was at football today and No1 was feeling ok so we had a drive to Tenterden. It always seems to rain whenever I go there and today was no different. We had a walk in the rain and stopped for a coffee and cake (paper cups and wooden spoon - don’t get me started!). No.1 bought a nice top and head scarf and I resisted a jumper in Mint Velvet.

Home to get dinner ready and a lazy evening on the sofa (again).
