Dead Lovely

Dried Hydrangea from my garden, useful to have when fresh flowers are scarce or have to be flown thousands of air miles.

Had been noticing a few twinges on the sole of my foot at the heel on and off for a couple of weeks.
But over the weekend it felt a bit stronger so l have self diagnosed plantar fasciitis, Mr be used to get it and so does Tim.

Used a tennis ball to massage it and after Zumba ( yes can still manage that) this morning l drove over to Skipton to buy new trainers.

They had one pair left of my favourites and they have a pulse boost sole . Am putting my old pair in the recycling bin, not good enough for the charity shop because quite frankly the pulse has gone out of the boost- l’ve worn them so much, probably too long.
