Heading Home
After the best night’s sleep l’ve had in a long time . We were awake at about 7.30am but no rush to get up.
We knew Ruby was coming from the her hotel to ours and she arrived about 9ish.
We left the hotel about 10.30 and we had purposely not booked breakfast as we wanted to got for brunch.
Went back to the place where ate last night as in the day time it stops over to a French cafe.
Had the most amazing breakfast with a french twist and downed two flat whites. Didn’t eat for the rest of the day.
We boarded the Elizabeth Line to Central London and the we said our goodbyes to Ruby as we parted ways.
Rebecca and l went to St Pancras but first called in at Coal Drops Yard for a good look around , what a transformation to the King’s Cross area. I don’t go down to London as much these days so have waited a while to see it.
Got the train to Luton, picked up the car and had a pleasant journey home.
Had a lovely couple of days , so enjoyed spending 1:1 time with my daughter.
Thanks so much for the comments, stars and hearts you gave for Ruby yesterday, you have supported her so much on her journey x
