Last Day!

My first blip from here on this visit was on 7th December and was of Bb in La Maison. It seems only fitting that our parting shot of this visit is the same. We packed up this morning, emptied the fridge, double checked we'd packed all our cables, had our boarding passes, passports, house keys for Barcelona and that kind of stuff and walked down Santa Clara to Avenida Atlântica (see extra zebra crossing blip, where we cross onto the Copacabana front). It was incredibly hot and after sitting on the terrace of La Maison, we decided to go inside for the first time this trip. It's always bitter sweet to leave. Our taxi is booked to arrive in an hour and a half. Just enough time to change our flights, haha, like we did one time! 

Until the next time, cidade maravillosa! It's been a great stay, a combination of online work and holiday and a chance to reconnect with the places and people we love here. We're very grateful to be able to do this.
