FOYERS

Had to drop Cath off in Inverness today this gave me a few hours to explore the South side of Loch Ness . This is a favourite area for me as it seems to miss the tourist throng that dominates the North Side in search of the Loch Ness Monster.
Its been a few years since I last saw the waterfall at Foyer a 100ft drop and I had forgotten how awe inspiring it was. . Despite the heavy rain I managed to get a few nice shots in the area ,. A network of roads from Dores up top Foyers back to Farr and Daviot or the back road into Inverness an amazing mix of mountain moor, lochs and farmland. The flora and fauna in the area are worth the search.
