Boarded the 6:40 am flight from Heathrow. Was pleased about the ham sandwich from Prett. Thanks to my manager I was able to have tea and rest a bit before logging into work. Had a catch up with my dear colleague Craig, who makes me smile and laugh each time I speak to him. I went to Dance class later that evening and was welcomed with hugs and jokes by teachers and my fellow dance peers.

I messaged Jen who is another member of the dance crew if I could join the Bhangra classes and she sent me the schedule so Ill be doing that.

I am not doing great mentally.
