Snow

There is a snow warning in place for the whole of Scotland at the moment.
We had just a dusting left over from yesterday but now it's beginning to lie and blotting out our view of the hillside. 

I spent a long time this morning replenishing our bird feeders and moving some to more sheltered positions. I've decided that the rather cheap fat balls I ordered online were nasty as well as cheap because no birds have eaten them. I extracted them from the feeders, bashed them with a hammer and put them out for our local big birds. The jackdaws, magpies and crows made short work of them. Hopefully the new fat balls in the feeders will be more appetising.
