Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

New Year, new me. I ran out of excuses and went back to the gym today. The gym is not a sociable place for me. I put my headphones on noise cancelling mode and made eye contact with no one. If I could exercise with my eyes closed, I would, but I’d fall off the cross trainer and that would be embarrassing!
