Tuesday: Pink Morning Sky …

… and snow on the mountains.

MrD and I had decided on a bit of an outing. Outside temperature was barely above freezing, he decided on a drive to Holyhead - today is his birthday, so we did just that! Shopping in Home Bargains and Morrisons, we’ve now got a good stock of food and kitten biscuits for the hedgehogs (just in case they’re hungry during their hibernation!). Next few days are forecast to be very cold, possibly with snow :-((

Made roasted vegetables, parsnip, carrots and potatoes for dinner to accompany gluten free pizzas, homemade topping on prescription bases, which we both enjoyed :-))
