Imaginary

I've taken a blip like this before. It's the reflection of my fairy lights on the trees out the studio door. It started lightly snowing this morning and has steadily increased as the day has gone on. It's really pretty. But it's cold without the sun.
Patty hopped/struggled out of the duck house this morning. But has spent most of the day inside with her friends. I tried to help her back in but they hate to be touched and she panic flopped her way back up the little stairs inside. Ugh...
I heard from my mom a couple days ago that both she and her partner, Catherine have Covid. Damn... this is the first time for both. She tells me they are okay just really tired and they have been boosted and have taken Paxlovid. Fingers crossed they will be okay. It's so hard to be this far away from them.
