Second chance motel

We finally finished the derelict birdhouse for my sister. It is far from perfect but I think the birds will find it suitable for their brood this spring. It was a fun project and I always like giving things a second chance.
Slow day. More work in the garage, trip to town to get photos printed and a nice lunch out. We checked out Call of the wild DVD from the library for a relaxing movie afternoon. Baked chicken , broccoli and mashed potatoes for a simple meal.
