Very noticeable long shadows in the park today. 
I sat for nearly 4 hours on the sofa this morning, not motivated, not having anything to do, thoughts spiralling. 
Eventually got up, got dressed and took a book back to the library and nipped into Tesco to have a look at their tea bag range. Lost all hope of the appeal of coffee coming back I am now looking for tea tasting tea and not supermarkets own bland stuff. It will be a treat to myself. If anyone can recommend any brand........
