Fete de la Music

21st June is the music festival all over France to celebrate the longest day.
These are a few of the photos I took in the town of Vaison la Romaine.

We walked down about 7.30pm. Wonderful warm evening.
About 20 different bands all round the streets.

All the cafes and restaurants full. Such a great happy atmosphere.
Families from miles around come into the town for the evening.
90% locals with a few of us holidaymakers thrown in!!
Young and old all having a great time.
