Dried flowers

I had the roses from the anniversary bouquet that were still looking good as they dried out so I added dried hydrangea and whatever those purple things are to a jar for the table decoration today when my friends came to lunch.

Wow, what a run on sentence! Like my mind working at warp speed.

There were eight of us for homemade chicken veggie soup, yeast rolls from the freezer and blueberry cheesecake. Lots of giggling and talking.
