Time stands still.

The steeple clock has stopped. It was 12.20pm, not 11.50am. Photograph taken after I came out of the optician’s. I had to take my new glasses in for a repair in-store; rather annoyed, only got them on 20 November. There was still some overnight snow at home when we set off, just a few patches of ice in town.

Watched some public inquiry online coverage. And reflected on it during media reporting subsequently…..

Enjoyed the Glasgow Warriors v Toulon game on TV. Glasgow now through to last 16 of the. Champions Cup, a five try win this evening.

Our grandson was born 6 months ago today. He’s been getting a taste of vegetables recently. Puréed carrot, parsnip and today….broccoli - he’s welcome to the latter.
